The Freight Exchange is completely free for shippers. As a carrier, you can also access and try out numerous useful services for free:

• You can send freight quotes for free
• Direct contact with shippers is only available through a subscription.

👉 Automatically renewable subscription

When you subscribe to a service on the platform, your subscription automatically renews. This means that the system will always charge the same bank card at the end of each billing period (quarterly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

👉 No loyalty period

• No need to commit for a long period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time you wish.

👉 How can you manage the subscription?

Here you can: in the Dashboard

• cancel the subscription
• update your credit card information
• set another payment method

👉 What happens if you cancel?

• If you cancel, we will not deduct any money from the next billing period.
• Until the end of the paid period, your subscription remains active, so you won't lose anything.
• You can restart it at any time later if you wish.

👉 What happens if you do not cancel on time?

If you do not cancel before the billing cycle (e.g., quarter or year-end), the system will automatically renew your subscription, charge the fee, and your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle.
