I suspect this because the pre-agreed price was not sufficient. \nHowever, he did not raise this issue at the departure point (London). \nIt was only at the final destination (Belgium) that he began demanding nearly one-third more than the agreed amount, claiming that the transported cargo exceeded the agreed 3 meters (!?). \nHe did this after taking on two shipments without prior consultation with the client, only presenting the client with the situation on the morning of the delivery. \nThis caused several hours of delay for the client. \nHe repeatedly stated that if he did not receive the payment, he would not unload the cargo at the destination. \nBased on the above, we will file a report and a complaint accordingly.
