👎 He is a strange guy, he cannot reliably commit to the requested deadline, even when I notify him well in advance, politely, without any obligation, at a point when he has not yet incurred any cost or taken on any work related to the shipment. When I inform him that we have found someone who can easily meet our required delivery timeframe, he gets offended and leaves a negative review. Probably no coincidence that the other reviews are also negative.. ☹️

👎 Unfortunately, during our first and last joint shipment a few months ago, the machine we purchased from Germany arrived in a dismantled and incomplete state. \nInitially, our first phone conversation also took place in a rude manner.

✅ Always a precise, flexible partner; our company has used their services multiple times and we have been completely satisfied with their service.

👎 Problematic partner, I do not recommend due to the following reasons: We have not entered into any written agreement, yet Mr. Löffler somehow permits himself to hijack the freight for his own company. It seems he cannot secure legitimate contracts and only forces himself on shippers through monopoly tactics. Furthermore, he attempts to damage the credit reputation of those who do not order from him out of revenge. I strongly advise against working with him; he behaves at a level comparable to a malicious kindergarten child. This is far from the minimal professional standards expected of a freight operator. It is best not to engage with him at all.

✅ Quick and complete delivery of a sofa from Hamburg to Budapest at a fair price. The coordination was smooth and straightforward. Arrived professionally the next day (almost within 24 hours), and was kept informed about the freight tracking in the meantime. I confidently recommend to everyone.

✅ Everything went according to plan. I can recommend it to everyone.

✅ The shipment was completed according to the contract.

👎 In my quotation request, I clearly specified everything, including HANDLING. I accepted the offer from Hunita Trans Sped Kft. I sent the necessary documents, including the loading location and time (10:00 am - 2:00 pm). The day before loading, they called me and said that the driver never loads because he gets injured and can't work, etc. On the day of loading, they called every half hour starting from 8:30 am, claiming no one was at the address. The issue of loading was brought up again, and they knew that assistance with loading is never provided, and "what has two ends" (a load that requires two people) the driver won't load. They asked me to pay extra money to the driver, and that he would arrange with the warehouse workers to help and pay them. I stated that I am not willing to pay. The gentleman simply hung up. A few minutes later, I called back, told him that such behavior is unacceptable for a service provider, and asked whether they would deliver the cargo. They did deliver it. Afterwards, he sent an SMS about the driver's arrival and that they require proof of invoice settlement before completing the unloading. The gentleman appeared at the unloading site when the driver arrived. He said, "I am curious about this unloading," without asking if he could come. He just stood there while we loaded. The farewell consisted solely of whether I had already paid the freight. I NEVER want to use any service from this company again.
