As I mentioned several times over the phone, we could have accepted the freight for HUF 55,000, but in order to discuss all the details with you and to make your phone number visible, I had to enter this amount. This was the only way I could speak with you about the shipment; unfortunately, this is a new regulation here, which has led to such problems. The calls from my side were courteous and supportive. In the end, I was unable to arrange the shipment in a way that suited you, but you spoke to me arrogantly, immediately dismissed the price, and I had no chance to reconsider.

👎 Dear Customer, if I may phrase it this way, as everything has two sides and so does this whole story.
The customer placed an order for a 500kg J.C.B bucket, which ultimately weighed 800kg. I naturally provided the price quotation based on the 500kg, not the 800kg. After delivering the load on the agreed date and even helping with the unloading, I reasonably requested an additional 15,000 HUF for the extra weight.
I delivered the goods at the agreed time, as was mutually agreed. I would like to mention that the courteous customer wanted to return the bucket, believing that I had delivered the wrong one, at their own expense. However, it turned out that the manufacturer had supplied the correct item, but the customer thought they knew better and more experienced than the manufacturer.
This is just a brief overview of the customer situation.
